Let the user choose a directory on the timer creation

Description
This is currently a problem, because we have folders only if the user has called loaded recordings previously.
Consider cacheing folders in the database? Or each timer modification click should refresh the folders? But I think this is not a problem, because an user can always (emergency case) define the folder with
a~b~<TITLE> which leads on the server to a/b/<TITLE>
