closedCustom titles does not end up in finished iso-file

Description
To reproduce:
1) Create a dvd with two titles
2) Rename both titles with adding eg adding a 1 to the first, and 2 to the second
3) Pick a custom template
4) create a iso-image
hit start.
Now when finished, mount the iso, and you see that the titles for both programs have the original title from the info.vdr file, and not the one you just created

When adding items to burn that are in subdirectories, the title-row in burn contains gets the name of the folder + program-name, eg:
Battlestar Galacti~Battlestar Galactica
In my opinion, it should just get the Title-name that you can modify if you want
