Description

I don't know it its the android app or the vdr plugin, but it's not possible to edit a recurring timer.

This is how to reproduce :

Start "VDR-Manager"
Select "Timers"
Call context menu of recurring timer (long hold on touch screen)
Select "Edit timer"
Change Values like Title, or Start time, or End time
Select "Store changes"

==> Timer list will be reloaded, but timer is unchanged ...

Tested with recent plugin 0.6-r1 on gentoo and app-version 0.4.8 on ics 4.0.3 on htc desire

i tested it and i can correct e.g. time. but then i get this info in day of recording:

MTWTF--@2012-06-18

this results in a single timer, no recurring timer (it should be set to MTWTF--). also the recurring timer will only be displayed once in timer list in android app.
in my example, the timer should be from monday to friday, but is only displayed on monday. in vdr-admin it is displayed correctly. it is also correct in timers.conf.

if you need further info, please post...

  • Target version changed from vdrmanager(android)_current to vdrmanager(apk)-0.6.0

OK this seems that only the android app has this bug. Also the modification of days does not work on the timer edit mask.

Such a timer should be rendered separatelly at the end of timers in the timer list and in the epg list it shold be also kept expanded, so each epg can lookup if it has a timer.
